The Gambling Times are just one of the outlets suggesting that Tottenham are monitoring the situation of 21-year-old (22 next March) Wolverhampton Wanderers defensive midfielder Rúben Neves.
The Portuguese international (he has 5 full international caps) is under contract at Molineux until 2023. he signed an extension on 2 July this summer.
