Bruma, Belotte, Porto and FFP

While the deal for Bruma looks set to go through taking him from Galatasaray to German side RB Leipzig, Portuguese club Sporting Lisbon have first refusal on him and could purchase him if they offered the same amount as the Bundesliga side. It is highly unlikely they could afford his wages though.

Manchester United have put in an £70.40 million (€80m - AUS$118.96m - US$89.59m) bid for 23-year-old (24 in December) Italian international (he has 8 full international caps scoring 3 goals) and Torino striker Andrea Belotti.

Portuguese side Porto have fallen foul of Financial Fair Play rules and report sanctions for the next 2 seasons. They can only name 22 players in thie UEFA Champions League squad next season and 23 in the 2018/19 season. They have received a £615,772 (€700,000 - AUS$1.04m - US$783,706) fine which could rise to £1.76 million (€2m - AUS$2.97m - US$2.24m).

They have also been instructed to keep losses to a maximum of £26.39 million (€30m - AUS$44.58m - US$33.60m) this financial year, £17.59 million (€20m - AUS$29.73m - US$22.39m) in 2018, £8.8 million (€10m - AUS$14.87m - US$11.2m) in 2019.
