Stadium update: Two iconic emblems on the move

STADIUM TALK

The latest news on the new stadium construction is that the famous copper Cockerel on Ball statue has now been relocated. The historic emblem dating from 1909 has a new home near the Tottenham Hotspur clock at the new Lillywhite House offices we now operate from.

Previously the statue was on the West Stand, but it isn't the only iconic emblem to have been moved during construction. The 'Welcome to White Hart Lane' sign has also been removed from entrance to the West Stand to help the construction workers have greater access.

You'll find a complete report on the official Spurs website. Meanwhile, work continues on the North Stand.
