Europe taking note of Kane exploits

It is always noteworthy when a foreign newspaper or media outlet produce a European Team of the Week and it features players from outside the country. Not only do we regularly see players from the Premier League as you would expect. but Spurs players feature when we are doing well.

The dramatic late win over West Ham, who were brilliantly marshalled at the back by Winston Reid, who had an outstanding game, saw Harry Kane produce two goals in under 3 minutes and gain inclusion from the judges at Gazzetta dello Sport.

Of course it helps that he is in the news in Italy being continually linked with January moves from Inter Milan and AC Milan to try to sign him. It helps to raise his profile and thus make him and Spurs a greater marketing commodity. It is good exposure for the Tottenham brand across Europe.
