Who takes penalties, Kane or Janssen?

As soon as the referee awarded a spot kick on Saturday, Vincent Janseen was up running after the ball that had gone to Pochttino on the half way line.

“I thought ‘this is my penalty. The gaffer threw the ball to me and when I stood behind it, I knew it was going to be a goal. It was a great moment. 

“The fans have been right behind me all the time, they are such good supporters and I wanted to give them something back. I’m glad I was able to do that with a goal.”

Three penalties, three goals. Harry Kane is our penalty taker so who is going to take them when both are on the field of play? Who will be deemed the number one penalty taker?

It shouldn't be who is the number one striker, but who is the best penalty taker. I don't know who that is.
