YOUTH DEVELOPMENTTottenham are trying to put together a conveyor belt of talent so that there is not a total reliance on buying players and that we produce more of our own.
Tottenham fans love to see a player come through the ranks like Harry Kane, someone who has saved the club £30 or £40-million. We bought a goalscorer in Roberto Soldado, but it didn't work out, however, it did allow Harry Kane to develop negating the pressing need to sign another.
Kyle Walker was bought as a youngster, as was Danny Rose. We have players like Josh Onomah and Harry Winks coming through, Marcus Edwards is expected to develop into one of the stars of the future and we have another talent coming through in 17-year-old (18 next May) Samuel Shashoua.
Below is a video from where he shows some close control skills.
