A third round of pictures of the stadium build

STADIUM TALK

Another round of pictures of the stadium build over the last week. Talk on the forums is that the build schedule is very tight indeed and that an idiot up a crane does not help matters. It is early days in the building process.

The previous two sets of pictures have been of the stadium build at ground level while these look at it from up above where you can see the overall picture and the outline of the stadium taking shape.

Th first two pictures are a progress comparison from the 7th June and the 20th July. You will note the left-hand corner of the stadium as it was, and as it is today with the corner missing.

  1. Can't at this stage see why part of Paxton and the Shelf needed to be knocked down? Looks like plenty of work needed in other areas first!

    2. Because a concrete column for the new stadium needs to go there. Cant do it during the football season.needs to be done now to prevent hold ups
