Yedlin, Pritchard, Sanabria, Embolo

TRANSFER TALK

You'll know by now that Sunderland are looking to buy DeAndre Yedlin if the price is right, in other words cheap, after having him on a loan spell from us for the season. He seemed to spend all his time with the American squads when he was with us and has just been involved in the Copa America tournament, which didn't go too well for him.

There are a couple of reports suggesting Napoli are interested in taking Alex Pritchard. If they are even true I doubt very much he would end up there, they are not going to want to pay anywhere near the apparent £8-million (EUR10.44m - AUS$15.72m - US$11.84m)valuation we have on him.

There are reports that Roma rejected a bid from Russian side Rubin Kazan for Tottenham target Antonio Sanabria but that is not the case. Roma accepted a £11.51-million (EUR15m - AUS$22.61m - US$16.97m) bid but the player, through his agent, rejected the deal. Somewhat of a difference, just like Sky Sports suggesting yesterday that Alvaro Morata had already re-joined Real Madrid when Juventus haven't even had a formal offer yet.

There are some websites suggesting we should sign Swiss international Breel Embolo. They don't seem to realise he only wants to go to a club where he is the first choice striker to guarantee himself games every week to continue his development. Schalke are said to be signing him anyway, fee, payment terms and player terms have all been agreed.
