Argentinian winner to join Inter
Ever Banega is another midfielder we have been linked with since Pochettino joined us. The Argentinian midfielder plays for Sevilla and they have just won their third Europa League trophy on the trot.
The 27-year-old (28 in June) os out of contract in the summer so is available for free. After the Europa League final he wouldn't be drawn on his future and said he'd only like to talk about his current team.
We can probably dismiss him for two reasons, first because of his age and secondly because it is believed he already has an agreement with Inter Milan. The IItalians seem to think it is a done deal.
A host of Premier League clubs have been watching his situation with interest and we were one of them but he appears to be another possible we can discount.
