Despite Tottenham having 10 men from 29 minutes and he had a relatively quiet game, only having to make a couple of saves, but they were important ones. There was also a penalty of course, where he went the wrong way and Mark Noble with all the time in the world then missed the target.
The first Lloris had to save was a shot from the right that was struck too close to the centre of the goal, had it been hit at the far corner it would have gone in.
The second was when the score was 0-0 late in the game with 10 men on each side. West Ham played a back heel through Younes Kaboul's legs, their player wriggled past Etienne Capoue (makeshift centre-half) and Lloris rushed out to palm the ball away.
A vital save and every bit as important as Eric Dier's winning goal, without that save we would have lost.
Little to do but what he had to do he did which demonstrates he was concentrating throughout.
