i must say as a sunderland fan i'm absolutely buzzin after outplayin spurs in the 2nd half nd goin away with 3 well deserved points especially after readin a few blogs before the game statin this is the sort of game where spurs can expect to score a few goals and comfortably win. We've had no strikers today, we've had no play maker today, even with King and Woodgate we've had no decent defence... I don't blame Berba any more for wanting to leave. The spirit of the last year's team has gone. Now we look like a Championship side. I hope things will get better and Ramos will find a solution...

This isn't so much Ramos's fault, like it wasn't BMJs last season, the real fault lies with Comolli and that kosher cocksucker Levy. Comolli could not find a good player if he kicked him in the nuts. And Levy would haggle the life out of any transfer, leaving the player to join another club.

Ever since that kosher cocksucker has been chairman of this club his main concern has to make money for the shareholders to the detriment of the club.

There have been glaring gaps in the Spurs squad each season, and even more so now, at any other club the relevant players would now be in the squad.

I think ManU lost three out of their first four last season. They did rather badly, didn't they? The team is still gelling, we need defensive cover and a striker of two in the next week. I expect things will improve considerably by the end of September. We seem to be able to keep possession, but are lacking a cutting edge up front. It will come.

all the people sayin the display was poor and how we looked like a championship side cant have watched the game....we out played sunderland just didnt get the result richadson scored a great goal and gomes was to blame for the second....we didnt have the strike force but we did make chances and could have scored 5 or 6 if it wasnt for the brilliance of the sunderland keeper

To Anonymous - We didn't outplay them. No way you can call our display anything more than poor. The result is fair. No matter we've had few chances to score. Keane got the tactic right, Ramos tried with a lonely striker... well, it didn't work against Boro, today too. We will loose soon the last of the best strike force in EPL... I wish we get it right in the future...

lets be brutal we're going backwards. I watched this game and this was SUnderland not United! we were poor kept going down the wings when we have no forward line to head them in, just Bent who was isolated up front so often, which is strange considering we have so many attackin midfielders playing. Modric was poor, Jenas dreadfull, i didn't see him touch the ball more than a dozen times before he scored, a passenger. Bentley, is top class but where the hell is he playing central midfield, stick him on the right and drop lennon. Lennon played well today, but christ, you can only play one right midfielder so make a deciions, one or the other. And it's Bentley all day long. Zokora has to play central midfield, and get Gunter in at Right back, we need balance and at least Zokora (by no means best central midfielder around will sit and give us that, no protection at moment. Also Bale at left back, not Assou who's not good enough.
