TOTTENHAM TALK

I am looking forward to seeing the Ivory Coast right-back play in a Spurs shirt and how Davinson Sanchez gets on also. The pressure is back on Kieran Trippier, who it has been suggested isn't fully fit yet, although he was in the England squad, which casts doubt on that theory. He certainly hasn't been at his best so far.

Sanchez has more pace than our other central defenders and with a positive start, we may well see Eric Dier back in midfield more regularly. Currently he can swap with either a central defender or Vincent Wanyama. With his desire to leave for Manchester United it will be interesting to see how he is utilised this season, now we know the full squad and now there is competition for places.
