VIDEO: Steve Harvey explains how to achieve success

I came across a video on Facebook so I thought I'd share it here. The message is powerful although some will simply miss the point.

If you believe you can achieve because your subconscious will give you the answers, it's up to you to act on them, to jump. Spurs won't achieve success without the belief they can and you will not achieve success without believing you can. 

You can be afraid of success or you can embrace it. Under Mauricio Pochettino we are a side who have embraced belief, some of our fans are yet to catch up though. I think this American game show host, Steve Harvey, explains it rather well.
