Alvaro Negredo
Álvaro Negredo Sánchez, aka Negredo, could be our first signing according to L'Equipe (you can view the article here - but you'll need to know a thing or two about the French language).
What do we know about this player? Well, we know that he's never played for Real Madrid's first-team before. We also know that he'll be 24 in August and that he scores a goal in about every 3 games.
If anyone can shed anymore light on the player that is supposedly signing for us for approximately £16 million, please let all of us know.

The strike COULD be signed very quickly, the sale would be the first of 7 or 8 departures after the big name purchases.
The price could be 18-20 million euros and the deal could be concluded within 48 hrs. Yep he scored 19 goals last season and at the moment he is training in Ireland with Real.
Thinking about it this translation doesnt shed any light on things, but its a well known fact that Real Madrid use various media sources to release information before the club make any statements.....
Personally I think its alot of money, but I do trust harry 110% so if it happens he will get my support!
I remember a certain Mateja Kezman that signed for Chelsea. He scored a bundle in Holland. He had a good touch, could use both feet and looked pretty decent. We all know how that turned out.
I don't believe the article to be true. Firstly, Harry has got to spend before he can buy, meaning he's got to ship out another few before he can fork out 15-16 million on Negredo.
Secondly, Harry himself said that he is only interested in signing established players. Negredo isn't established; he's not even played for Real Madrid.
I can't see it happening.
