Spurs are constantly in the news
The Tottenham Hotspur PR machine has been doing it's business and once again we have a player signing a new contract, followed by another player signing a new contract and suggestions from the manager that yet another player will be signing a new contract shortly.
Harry Kane, then Jan Vertongen (new deal until 2019) and next up is possibly club captain and French national captain, Hugo Lloris, who has been very happy at the club from day one.
Dutch international Jan Vertonghen has made more clearances than any other player in Europe's top 5 leagues (Premier League, LaLiga, Bundesliga, Serie A and Ligue 1) this season, 120 in total.
It is nice to hear a player say he couldn't imagine playing anywhere else, that is just the type of commitment we want to see.
