PSG eyeing Bentaleb again

PSG are once again eyeing Nabil Bentaleb after trying to sign the 21-year-old (22 in November) last summer. They have been keeping an eye on his situation at Tottenham which has been a little fraught since protracted contract negotiation over his wage demands.

They were resolved and he signed a contract until 2010, but he was hampered by a knee injury and then he had an operation in March ending his season.

he is constantly scouted by Arsenal, Manchester City, Fiorentina, Lazio, Napoli and AS Roma. Napoli recently made enquiries but unless his price is mer, which is believd to be £20-million (€24.2m - AUS$36.28m - US$26.93m) then he isn't going anywhere.

Mauricio Pochettino and the board are agreed that anyone he wants to keep will not be sold. It would be a surprise if he were. Bentaleb will have held talks with Pochettino over his future role, as all players do so will know where he stands at Tottenham. He has always maintained his passion for the club and insisted this is his club. While many see him as a candidate to leave I don't unless an offer we can't refuse comes along.
