Another fine mess you've got us into Mr Levy

Only Manchester City have conceded less goals that Tottenham and who would have imagined saying that after last season. It's early days. but Hugo Lloris has already kept three clean sheets and we are only a point off Arsenal in fifth with a better goal difference.

This may all be Daniel Levy's fault of course, he'll have to accept his share of the blame, the signing of Son Heung-min was clearly a mistake and Pochettino of course as the head coach didn't have a say in his arrival. How different it could have been if we had perhaps player £50 -million for him and he was German instead of South Korean.

The crazy decision to buy Dele Alli is clearly backfiring as is the purchase of Eric Dier with his movement to a role he is so unsuited to. The disaster bringing in Alderweireld has only made matters worse, Ben Davies continues to struggle against anyone with two feet, the promotion of youth has sent us tumbling backwards at a rate never seen before.

There a negative post, that should keep the sandwich board 'end is night' lot happy, but then again they don't want to be happy do they. Oh scrub that then, best ignore all those negatives , focus on the fact we won again, controlled the game and are bringing a smoke to our supporters faces, well those that prefer to be happy than the doom and gloom merchants we so enjoy spending time with.

I blame Daniel Levy for that win, he should never have allowed it to happen.
