Eriksen, Joe Lewis, Alli, Carroll, Honda, Robinson news

A collection of stories including Christian Eriksen being a target for Juventus, Joe Lewis spending money but not on Spurs plus Paul Robinson endearing himself to Spurs fans.

The Guardian recently ran an article about what is next for last seasons loanees, they go through each club so if you scroll down you'll find their opinion of the Tottenham youngsters. Whoever wrote the piece knows little about Spurs, they speculate on an Alli loan yet he has impressed immensely in training, they clearly didn't know the Holtby deal was permanent after just 3 games of last season thanks to an clause in the loan deal, they think Carroll will be sold and correctly guess Fredericks would be sold.

Christian Eriksen has purple patches and poor periods, he has done so in each of his two seasons to date, initially h was ordinary and then came to life under Tim Sherwood, winning our Player of the Season for a couple of months of performing. In his second season he started poorly, then excelled when we dropped Lennon, Adebayor, Kaboul and Capoue, before tailing off in the final couple of months.

What this season holds we do not know but he has now become the target for Italian champions Juventus it appears. Soccerlens cover the story and this news does beg the question who will be the first to pen a piece that Spurs are looking at Honda s a replacement for Eriksen, it's bound to happen.

For those of you who love a good Joe Lewis moan comes news from the business world giving you the opportunity to complain he should just be giving away his money to us, much in the same way as you give your money to your neighbour.
Inside Media

Paul Robinson was a popular figure at Tottenham and still is. We have had some excellent goalkeepers at the club down the years and we had him when he was at the top of his game before the media got their claws into him and dragged him down. Nice to see while working for Sky he still wears his old Tottenham tie.
