Top 50 Youngsters in Europe Part 2

France Football Magazine have released their top 50 youngsters in European football. In the second part, we'll take a look at numbers 40 through to 31. It features another Manchester United player and three players we have been scouting, one we made strong efforts to sign.

40. Tin Jedvaj (Bayer Leverkusen) - 19-year-old (20 in November) Already a Croatian international the centre-back impressed in the Bundesliga on loan from Roma and Leverkusen have quickly made the move permanent. He was a player Spurs made strong efforts to sign.
39. Julian Green (Bayern Munich) - 20-year-old (21 in June) USA international winger who Tottenham has regularly been seen scouting. His agent says he wants to be a part of the Bayern squad this season but Bayern would prefer to loan him out for another campaign.
38. Luke Shaw (Manchester United) - 20-year-old (21 next July) English international left-back the subject of a massively overpriced move from Southampton in 2014. Injuries, weight problems and reports that new boss Louis van Gaal doesn't rate him mean he only played 9 full games all season.
37. Marcos 'Rony' Lopes (Manchester City) - 19-year-old (20 in December) Portuguese attacking midfielder who impressed on loan at Ligue 1 side Lille last season.
36. Lucas Ocampos (Marseille) - 21-year-old (22 next July) - Argentinian impressed at River Plate before moving to Monaco in 2012. The winger was loaned out to Marseille in February and they have made the move permanent this summer.
35. Daniele Rugani (Juventus) - 20-year-old (21 in July) Italian centre-back on loan at Empoli last season where he played every minute of the season (3,510) without picking up a yellow card. Arsenal have tried to buy him but Juventus are negotiating a new contract.
34. Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg (Bayern Munich) - 19-year-old (20 in August) Danish international who impressed last season and is the successor to Bastian Schweinsteiger in central midfield at the German champions. Tottenham have been credited with an interest in him as we regularly have a scout watching.
33. Gabriel Barbosa (Santos) - 18-year-old (19 in August) Brazilian secondary striker nicknamed ‘The new Neymar’ who is being chased by Manchester United and Barcelona. As a Brazilian playing in Brazil I'm not sure why he is in a European list, he is expected to join Barcelona but hasn't yet.
32. Óliver Torres (Atlético Madrid) - 20-year-old (21 in November) Spaniard who is one of the most promising players in Spain. His speed, quick footwork and an excellent reading of the game have seen him compared to Andres Iniesta. Spent last season impressing at Porto and expected to line up in central midfield for Atlético this season.
31. Kingsley Coman (Juventus) - 19-year-old (20 in June) French secondary striker who turned down a move to Arsenal from PSG before joining Juventus who have a prize asset. Very highly rated and has pace so can play as a winger as well.
