Italians want Džeko or Bacca

The news coming from Italy is that AS Roma manager Rudi Garcia wants 29-year-old Bosnian Edin Džeko from Manchester City to lead his attack. Garcia is preparing for a challenge on the Italian title and UEFA Champions League next season.
According to Italian newspaper Il Messaggero though, his sporting director Walter Sabbatini is working on a deal to get 28-year-old (29 in Septemner) Carlos Bacca from UEFA Europa League champions FC Seville. He is also being copurted by Napoli, Borussia Dortmund, Borussia Monchengladbach, Valencia and Liverpool.
Džeko is wanted by Atletico Madrid, Juventus, Inter Milan, Borussia Dortmund and Stoke City, as well as being a reserve target for Chelsea.
Newspaper reports have tried to link Tottenham with an interest in Bacca but with an age limit of 27 unless the player is special, the Colombian is too old for us. It would be taking too much of a chance that he could adapt to the Premier League and in a couple of seasons he would need replacing anyway.
At 29 he won't be wanting to wind down his career by sitting on a bench watching Harry Kane just yet so there is highly unlikely to be any interest from Spurs.
