Midfielder set for surgery

Celtic's dynamo midfielder (although not sure if he would be a dynamo in the Prem), Scott Brown, is set for ankle surgery.

A few sites and ITK's have said that he's a dead cert signing. Well, I've never seen the lad play and so can't comment whether he would be any good for us or not, but his recent injury certainly rules him out of the Wembley Cup and a possible transfer down south.

Blessing in disguise?

    Can only see his value go up under Mowbray because he plays an attacking game that would suit Brown perfectly.

  3. since when is scott brown coming to tottenham this good cuz i like him but i have heard anything till now. has he said that he wants to come????
  4. About a month ago, a few blog sites said that he was about to sign for around £9-12 million, depending on which blog you read at the time.

    The player did say that a move down south would interest him, but nothing materialised and as usual, the ITK's that sounded out the story went quietly into the night.

    Anyway, he's out for a good 6 weeks or longer, so it doesn't matter really.

    I had wanted to watch him play in the Wembley Cup against us though.

  6. Don't kid yourself guys. Scott Brown won't be going anywhere, this coming season at least.
  7. you say you haven't seen him play, but also claim that you doubt he'll be a midfield dynamo in the prem.
