One time Tottenham target Pierre-Erick Aubameyang is about to move from Borussia Dortmund according to his national coach. Jorge Costa, the Portuguese manager of Gabon, has said he isn't calling him up for the national squad because he is about to move clubs.

The Sporting Director of Borussia Dortmund, Hans-Joachim Watzke, denies  to German paper Bild that the stories were true.

"This is all nonsense."Even if an offer would come, it would have been irrelevant. We do not want to sell Aubameyang."

Sounds very much like the 26-year-old striker is angling for a pay increase by spreading rumours he is about to leave. it is a usual agents tactic. Aubameyang is unlikely to leave Dortmund, the second team in Germany where he can virtually guarantee himself UEFA Champions League football and to appear in German Cup Finals.

While Tottenham scouted him and no doubt we still keep an eye on him and his situation I doubt there will be any moves from us this window, we seem to have other priority  targets now.
