What Everyone Missed Stellini's THFC Press Conference

I'm loving these very revealing Cristian Stellini press conferences so today I'm bringing you What Everyone Missed Stellini's THFC Press Conference.

Let me explain, as the media, both TV and printed, simply haven't grasped his messages yet or understand Spurs.

Let me start by saying once again that this is a unique season, one that no former player, or pundit, or journalist in the country has encountered before.

Everyone is making the big mistake of treating it like a normal season, it isn't.

They expect teams to approach games as they would any other season, they can't.

Everyone is trying to talk about something they don't know about and different people will have different solutions.

Antonio Conte's solution, because he has a small pool of quality to choose from, is to conserve the energy of players playing every 3 days basically.

If he didn't, he would either have to drop our quality by rotating in players he doesn't think are good enough or suffer even more muscle injuries through fatigue than Spurs have, plus performance levels dropping, probably quite dramatically, especially late in games.

If you haven't read my previous post about Cristian Stellini's revealing post-Marseille press conference, then read it now, link below.

In his pre-Nottingham Forest press conference, he again confirmed Spurs are trying to play and be effective in patches.

Add these two quotes to the quotes and explanation in the above additional post.

Stellini 1

Stellini 2

Put it all together and it tells you everything, you just have to see it, accept it as our tactic and support it as supporters should.

He goes on to tell you how winning mindsets think and operate, which tells you why the fans who don't support outside of the 90 minutes of a game, are a cancer to be eradicated.

They do nothing to help the club achieve success, they actively work against it for 99.13% of the time.

Stellini talks about passion, but the real meaning of that will fly over the heads of journalists and anyone who has not studied the formula for success, which you will find in the book Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill.

You can find it for free online, many of you will need to read an updated version to understand it though and you do need to think to grasp its hidden messages.

They are not hidden to a winning mindset, but maybe to a failure mindset.

I have written a post, but not completed it yet, on vision, one element of the formula for success, passion, comes out of that.

You see, you have to have total belief in what you are doing, in the path you are following, total belief begets total commitment and passion.

Think of passion as ultimate commitment, if you do something with passion you put everything you have into it.

This is how Antonio Conte operates, how he expects the players to operate, how he expects the staff to operate, how he expects the fans to operate.

Anything less will achieve nothing. This is why journalists and folk on social media are a waste of space, why their opinions are worthless.

They simply don't get it, winners do.

"We need to work with passion, we need passion around us. If you think about Antonio, he lives with passion, he lives his job with passion and everyone has to understand that.

"Also top player and top manager need to feel enthusiasm around them."

Next Stallini revealed that the coaching staff will analyze the data to see what energy levels the players have and how that energy can best be used over the next two games.

Again this tells you the players are playing part of the game to conserve energy and part to try and win.

If you watch Tottenham defend, you will see Spurs are basically trying to jog across the pitch, players are attempting to just stay in a block, then try and win the game in the second half.
