UEFA Europa Conference League
If Tottenham get thrown out of the UEFA Europa Conference League, it will be because of the lack of mental application of our B team.
They should have been sufficient to win this group but somehow they managed to lose to FC Paços de Ferreira, SBV Vitesse and NŠ Mura.
However, Tottenham offered Rennes a date that they turned down and if the UEFA Control Ethics and Disciplinary Body decide Rennes have not been flexible enough when negotiating another date, then they could be punished instead.
UEFA, in these exceptional circumstances, could change the rules to allow the game to be played after December 31st so it is not cut and dried that Tottenham are out of the UEFA Europa Conference League.
I am sure UEFA would rather have us in the competition for the extra exposure and gravitas we give the tournament.
Juan Foyth
Reports in Spain say Real Madrid are interested in Argentinian former Tottenham centre-back Juan Foyth.
Spurs sold the 23-year-old (24 next January) to Villarreal in July for £13.5m.
Bryan Gil
Former playing legend and now new Barcelona boss Xavi has reportedly got a list of 10 players he wants and Bryan Gil of Tottenham is one of them.
With their lack of money some on the list seem unrealistic, like Timo Werner, Raheem Sterling or Hakim Ziyech, but Bryan Gil, who is not getting game time with us, could be an affordable option.
