Tottenham Talk on Thursday 22nd

Mikkel-Damsgaard

Good morning folks and welcome once again to Tottenham Talk on Thursday 22nd July with the usual mix of Tottenham Transfer Talk, news on the U-23's, striker back-up options and comment.

Tottenham Transfer Talk

Well the rumours are starting to fly aren't they with Paratici no doubt leaking information, with permission, to appease a section complaining about a lack of movement.

With players from the Euros and Copa America only returning to pre-season training tomorrow and some at the Olympics, it is no surprise pen has not been put to paper.

The Bryan Gil deal will see Érik Lamela sign a three-year deal after agreeing personal terms.

Love him or hate him, there is no denying the Argentinian put his heart and soul into playing for Spurs and for that we must be grateful.

Can you honestly say Tanguy Ndombélé has yet?

Incidentally, on Ndombélé, he was not offered to Lyon regardless of what journalists may write. Who says so? Fabio Paratici, the man dealing with all Tottenham's transfers!

“No, I am told no. The player is not considering to be included in any swap deal and not coming back to Lyon. I also heard this rumour.”

Mikkel Damsgaard

In the next days proposals of around €25-30m will arrive for Mikkel Damsgaard.  (@FabrizioRomano via Twitch).

However, the Sampdoria President, Massimo Ferrero, has said that Damsgaard will not be sold this summer.

"Damsgaard is not for sale this summer, I'm sorry - unless there is a big offer that can excite us."

Ferrero is wanting €40-45m.

Currency Conversion
€25 - 30m
£21.6 - 25.92m
US$29.45 - 35.35m
AUS$40.24 - 48.28m

€40 - 45m
£34.57 - 38.9m
US$47.12 - 53m
AUS$64.37 - 72.43m

He is a player Juventus want so you have to make them favourites to secure the Danish international's signature.

Rai Sports is reporting a possible swap move of Frederico Bernardeschi.
