My knee-jerk post.

That destroys the team, it's the same as happened to Pochettino but it isn't as bad as that situation yet.

Mourinho is a winner, he knows what it takes, domestically, most of these players  don't.

It seems to me that they don't want to be the next Chelsea, winning trophies regularly, they would rather enjoy themselves and be unlucky losers.

Winning mentalities do what it takes, those who simply play to win don't and it is those players who drag you down.

Now is the time, well the summer, to back the manager and make changes to the squad.

All ten need replacing.

Just two of those are homegrown.

But we must replace them with true winning mentalities, mentalities like Kane, Son and Højbjerg.

It is only a few weeks ago we were top of the table but when under pressure some players go to pieces.

We didn't play as a team but a group of individuals huffing and puffing.

The passing was pedestrian.

Who actually runs at defences these days, our players don't unless it's a counter-attack.

The short goal kicks are a waste of time.

We go backwards far too often, which is the result of too defensive a mindset from certain individuals.

In a nutshell...

The players have won nothing at Spurs... 

A serial winner has come in and told them how to win...

Some of the players seem to be saying...

We don't want to do that...

We prefer to do things our way.

That's what people who prefer playing for their own ego say.

It's a failure mentality...

And our players are failures trophy wise.

Unfortunately, these egotists determine how long a manager lasts, but these people stop you winning.

Spurs are at a crossroads...

Which way will we go.
