Transfer Talk - Osimhen, Milik, Emerson, Fraser, Willian

Transfer Talk - Osimhen, Milik, Emerson, Fraser, Willian

Well now you have heard it from the horses mouth perhaps some of our fans might start to believe it.

Victor Osimhen, the 21-year-old (22 in December) highly sought after striker from Lille has been spoken to by Spurs, as I reported a while ago now.

He won't come to be a backup to Harry Kane and nor will a lot of other strikers either.

Another striker interesting us is 26-year-old (27 next February) Arkadiusz Milik but he is far more likely to stay i Italy. He wants to play for Juventus, although his agent is having further meetings with Napoli.

If you look in the UK press you will see £50m (€55.53m - AUS$92.95m US$51.74m) figures mention, yet in the Italian press £24.26m (€27m - AUS$92.95m - US$51.74m).

Another target, 21-year-old (22 next January) right-back Emerson, on loan at Real Betis from Barcelona wants to stay there.

The Brazilian U-23 international (4 caps), although he has played 2 minutes in a full international friendly against South Korea, was interviewed by Marca and asked about his future amid interest from other clubs.

"I'm looking forward to join Barcelona in 2021. First. however, I want to stay put at Betis, and fulfil my ongoing contract. For starters, I'm eager to get through the season, then I'll talk to my agent about what to do next. Anyway, I'm really happy with Betis".

Ryan Fraser is leaving Bournemouth at the end of June as a free agent and has agreed to join Tottenham Hotspur ahead of Turkish side Galatasaray and fellow Londoners Crystal Palace and Arsenal.

The 26-year-old (27 in February) left winger was born in Aberdeen and plays for Scotland (11 caps, 1 goal, 7 assists) and is right footed, as is the modern trend.

He would count as homegrown in the Premier League but wouldn't count as homegrown in the Champions League ala Ben Davies.

He learnt his football under the Scottish association, Davies learnt his under the Welsh association and not the English association which it has to be in UEFA's eyes.

The latest I hear also is that 31-year-old (32 in August) Willian will join Spurs on a free transfer. but things change quickly in football and his preference is to stay at Chelsea.

Being a free agent, lots of clubs are interested in him the Brazilian international (69 caps, 9 goals, 15 assists) including PSG but he has worked with José Mourinho before and that seems to be swaying him our way at the moment.
