Good morning people and welcome to the Tottenham Transfer Talk Saturday Morning Update.

There is news on Kyle Walker-Peters, Danny Rose and a video of Japhet Tanganga's performance against Manchester United.

Kyle Walker-Peters

From what I am hearing, Pochettino has come to the same conclusion I have come to and have had for some time. Kyle Walker-Peters isn't up to the task, which currently makes Juan Foyth as back-up to Serge Aurier.

As you know, we will sell Serge Aurier if we receive the right offer and Kieran Trippier has already been sold.

I expressed my view that this was a problem area and I hear today that Pochettino wants a new right-back.

Danny Rose

I have posted this before but I'll remind you all, we have received no offers for Danny Rose. All the talk of him being near PSG are wide of the mark.

There is interest in him, PSG and Juventus mainly, but I'll say it again, Rose is not guaranteed to leave. He still has the offer on the table.

Other News

OK, what else. Hopefully, we will have some movement on Giovani Lo Celso. I was expecting him at the end of the week. After things moved quickly last weekend a medical looked on early in the week but Real Betis refused him permission to travel and we are still discussing finer details while we speak with Paulo Dybala.

I also assumed he went on holiday directly from the Copa America and that a 2-week break would end at the beginning of this week, but I was mistaken, apparently, he is still on holiday until the beginning of next week.

However, he has been willing to break that holiday to come to sign a deal and have a medical.

Finally, a video of 20-year-old (21 next March) Japhet Tanganga vs Manchester United.

Tanganga had two encouraging games against Juventus and our Premier League rivals. The youngster faced a quality of opposition he doesn't normally see in front of crowds that were new to him and in games that were a world away from development football.

He came out of the experience well.
