Transfer-Talk

Vincent Janssen

As I have reported before Schalke only want to take him on loan and so those reporting a deal was close were talking rubbish, making it up.

Anderlecht are interested, Fenerbahce looks unlikely as it doesn't look as if we will get Elif Elmas. I gave you the lowdown on Daniel Levy talking to Real Betis in January and there is still a possibility he could end up there.

Aaron Wan-Bissaka

Spurs did look at Aaron Wan-Bissaka but he was too expensive we felt so dropped any interest. It is much the same with Wilfried Zaha, we are not interested in the money Crystal Palace are talking about, not even in today's market and the fact he is homegrown.

Crystal Palace talk £80 million (€89.23m - $101.58m) but we see him at least £20 million (€22.31m - $25.40m) below that. My view hasn't changed, he is a defensive liability and switches off defensively during a game. He seems to think the game only exists if he has the ball at his feet. For that reason, I don't think he is worth anywhere near what Palace want, probably half.

Victor Wanyama

I have posted this one before, Spurs want to sell Victor Wanyama. My own view is that we should never have bought him, he isn't mentally quick enough for top-level football and we only got one good season out of him.

Kieran Trippier

I'll repeat, we want to sell Trippier, Wanyama, Onomah, Carter-Vickers, Janssen and N'koudou. If the right deal from Spain comes along for Eriksen then he'll be allowed to leave, otherwise, he stays.

The signing of Giovani Lo Celso is not dependent upon Eriksen leaving.

Troy Parrott

Pre-season will be important for Troy Parrott, Kyle Walker-Peters and Marcus Edwards. All three will be looked at with Parrott and Edwards working their way into plans if they perform.
