Are Lesniak and Shashoua in tonight's squad?

Will Spurs be blooding some youngsters tonight?

Filip Lesniak

Second place is secured so we could see some changes tonight and some young players given a taste of first-team football, or at keast the first team atmosphere.

Youth players have to experience what the first team and a match day is all about so they can get used to it and so that nerves play less of a part. When someone is relaxed in an atmosphere they can concentrate on their task better.

They then only have the game to deal with rather that everything being new to them. If you have to take a lot in, deal with a lot of emotions it is draining. They have to learn to channel their energy and handle pressure. The club can help that learning process by easing them in when the opportunity arises, as it does over the next two games, especially with Hull City already being relegated.

I'm told Filip Lesniak & Sam Shashoua are in the squad for today's game.

This would make sense; Shashoua (AM) deserves it for the exciting season he's had, whilst Lesniak (DM) is a steady, physically ready player.

The club couldn't get Premier League clearance for Shayon Harrison and Luke Amos in time following their loans.

Vincent Janssen may well be given further opportunity, although Harry Kane is on 28 goals and will be wanting two more to hit the 30 mark again. Do we play Georges-Kevin N'Koudou from the start, should we put Moussa Sissoko in the shop window?

It isn't easy for those predicting the team who might play tonight.
