Another new Spurs kit leak

SPURS KIT LEAK 2017/18 SEASON

Yet another supposed Spurs kit for next season is doing the rounds on Twitter. A white shirt, with the wrong colour blue and yellow socks. Our sponsorship with AIA runs until 2019 and is worth £16 million (€18.85m - AUS$26.43m - US$20.01m) a year.

We are moving to a new kit manufacturer Nike. Nike, Inc. is an American multinational corporation that is engaged in the design, development, manufacturing, and worldwide marketing and sales of footwear, apparel, equipment, accessories, and services Wikipedia tells us. They and Adidas are the two top sports apparel brands. We are constantly being linked with players whose boots they sponsor, but that is just a coincidence.

Moving to Nike though, it wouldn't make any sense for them to design a shirt that was similar to our last shirt from a different manufacturer, Under Armour. Nike will want to make their mark, they will want to stand apart from what has gone before. They won't want any confusion with an old kit or another manufacturer so this 'leak' doesn't look at all genuine to me.
