Wimmer likely to stay until the summer

I think we all know Kevin Wimmer may be leaving Spurs in the summer, he simply doesn't play enough games and Cameron Carter-Vickers will have had a years experience training every day with the first team squad. He'll be a year older, a year wiser and far more ready to take over the role Wimmer now has.

There have been rumours of interest from Germany since last summer and once again ahead of a new window we hear of Borussia Dortmund watching his situation with interest. They are not the only ones interested though, Wolfsburg and Southampton are understood to have made tentative enquiries as to whether he may be made available in the future.

Mauricio Pochettino is unlikely to sell a backup centre-back while we have UEFA Europa League commitments, especially when you take into account his comments about player fatigue perhaps being an issue at the end of this season.

  1. Kevin has to stay to help us win the Europa and FA Cups two trophies Spurs have to try to win while looking to finish second and above Ars-nal in EPL...and I would only loan him for a half season to a team like Shalke or Leipzig he is long term replacement for Jan

Subs Kane Lopez Edwards Wanyama Lamela(hopefully) Ericksen Alli..first team core to start on bench so they can come in if needed and backups get meaningful game time....that team could easily win 3/4 -0 and with goals Janseen can ignite a strong spurs second half with a 3-5-2 being played against all but other top 6....against them the counter attacking 4-1-4-1 or 4-2-3-1
  3. Finally lets remain focused on Sadio Berahino for free in the Summer and if West Ham do cut Calleri he could be signed for cheap as well. With 4 strikers Kane will always have support and can even play sometimes as a ten where he seems to be spending a lot of time this season. Just let Sadio know the no.18 @ Spurs is his winning Europa gurantees trophy and CL.#COYS
