Tottenham are at the adopted Wembley and the side didn't really turn up for the first game against Monaco, making silly mistakes to put us 2-0 down. Journalist and author Raphael Honigstein (he is the German football correspondent for The Guardian) was asked how he thought the game would go.
"Leverkusen are hoping for a similar type of dynamic, that Spurs will not play with the same type of vigour, the same urgency that they showed at White Hart Lane which is a real fortress in European nights, unless Dortmund come there.
"But that might be a bit of a bonus for Leverkusen. They are not in great form themselves, they did away to Wolfsburg on Saturday, but in the first half were completely dominated at the Volkswagon Arena and were lucky to go into half-time 0-0, but in the second half came back really strongly, a draw was the right result.
"So you really see a similar type of game happening with not too many chances, they're canceling each other out with their pressing game. I just think away from home, with the pressure being a little bit more on Spurs and their unfamiliar surroundings, Leverkusen might actually have a chance to sneak this one."
