Jesus Perez, Pienaar, Benteke

A nice spot from Talking THFC on Twitter, it like your mate is showing off and trying to impress you so you just ignore him and pretend not to notice.

Jesus Perez doesn't move in a single one of these pictures 😂

In January 2011, both Tottenham and Chelsea had £3-million bids accepted for Everton midfielder Steven Pienaar. He chose Tottenham and signed a 4-year deal but never really made the grade. He suffered injuries and when he did play he had minimal impact on the game. The Everton system suited him and he didn't adapt to the demands of our system.

Pienaar was always a bit part player and returned to Everton on transfer deadline day in January 2012 on a six-month loan deal. David Moyes bought him back for $4.5-million in July of that year. Now 34 he has signed a one-year contract with Sunderland after being released by Everton at the end of last season. The former South African International rejoins former boss David Moyes, now the new manager at Sunderland. He knows his boss very well and could be a good short-term signing for them.

Christian Benteke is finally going to get his move to Crystal Palace after they increased their bid to £27-million plus add-ons. The 25-year-old Belgian striker should be a good signing for Palace with someone like former Tottenham winger Andros Townsend supplying crosses. His aerial ability is shown by the fact that only one player has scored more headed goals in the Premier League, 29-year-old Arsenal striker Olivier Giroud.
