Fenerbahce - President Aziz Yildirim has reportedly told AMK Spor that deals for 31-year-old Slovakian centre-back Martin Skrtel from Liverpool and 28-year-old Dutch right-back Gregory van der Wiel from PSG are "almost done."

Sunderland - Despite being linked with the England job, Sam Allardyce maintains that he is focussed on working at Sunderland, according to The Northern Echo, which is fabulous news for England supporters. Arsenal - Frenchman Alexandre Lacazette is being linked with a move to Arsenal or PSG, according to L'Equipe. West Ham United have already seen a bid turned down by Lyon and the 25-year-old has expressed a desire for Champions League football so doesn't see his future at the Hammers. Arsenal could be a realistic option though. He has been linked with Tottenham but is clearly not top of our list.

Bournemouth - Chelsea youngster Nathan Ake, the 21-year-old Dutch defender or midfielder, has signed for Bournemouth on a season-long loan after previous spells at Watford and Reading.

Barcelona - Earlier in the year, Barcelona made a £65.78-million (€80m - AUS$119.51m - US$88.93m) bid for 22-year-old Juventus striker Paulo Dybala. The news was revealed by Gustavo Mascardi, the man who first helped to bring him to Europe from Argentina.

"When I speak with Paulo and his agent, Pierpaolo Triulzi, I know that the lad is really on the right track. A year ago Inter and AC Milan also wanted him, but he was right to choose the club which would give him more protection.

"His career at Juventus has only just begun. As for his future, the transfer market can offer a lot of temptations, but Paulo has shown himself to have clear ideas. It's true that in recent months Barcelona were interested in La Joya, I think they made a bid of double what the Bianconeri paid.

"But the player's first consideration was that it was more important to consolidate his experience at a club which is giving him the opportunity to succeed at the highest levels."

Barcelona - It has been reported that 32-year-old Argentinian Javier Mascherano would like to join Juventus and that he has been trying to lave the Spanish Champions for a couple of seasons. that may not happen yet as Barcelona Sporting Director, Ariedo Braida has said he won't be leaving the club: "It's sure Mascherano won't join Juventus next season, he will stay with us."

Chelsea - Italian Antonio Candreva is a target for Chelsea, but the 29-year-old Lazio winger is enticed the subject of an £18.08-million (€22m - AUS$32.85m - US$24.44m) offer from Napoli, according to Italian newspaper Corriere dello Sport. It is though the player prefers a move to Inter and that his agent is negotiating with them to see if there is any chance of matching the Napoli offer.

Chelsea - Inter Milan to battle Chelsea for 29-year-old Argentinian centre-back Ezequiel Garay, who is thought to want to leave Russian side Zenit St Petersburg. It is thought £6.99-million (€8.5m - AUS$12.69m - US$9.44m) might secure his services.

Watford - La Gazzetta dello Sport have reported that 26-year-old Brazilian Bruno Peres, the Torino right wing-back is a target for Watford.

Aston Villa - Aston Villa are targeting 34-year-old former Liverpool and Southampton striker Ricky Lambert, currently at WBA, say the Birmingham Mail. A far cry from the days of Christian Benteke, a striker they have never replaced.

Leicester City - Leicester City star midfielder N'Golo Kante has emerged as a target for Spanish giants Real Madrid. Currently 24-year-old Brazilian Casemiro occupies the defensive midfield position and Zinidine Zidane wants the French international as cover. They have competition from PSG who would like to sign the 25-year-old Parisian for his home town club.

Arsenal - Sanyo News, a Japanese news outlet have suggested that Arsenal have made a a formal offer to Japanese club Sanfrecce Hiroshima for their 21-year-old striker Takuma Asano. Asano has scored 20 goals in 75 games for his club and has four international appearances for Japan.

Newcastle United - West Ham have been turned down by Bournemouth right winger Matt Ritchie who prefers a move to relegated Newcastle United. The 26-year-old Ritchie is said to be moving for £23-million which could mean the departure of Andros Townsend is imminent, with Crystal Palace interested in taking the former Spurs player.
