6th placed Spurs take on 5th placed Reading on Thursday
The Under-21 Scene
This was after the former league leaders Sunderland were defeated by bottom side Leicester City 1-0. The Foxes moved up to 10th in the 12 team league. Man U are now two points ahead having played two fewer games than the North East outfit. Chelsea also lost a chance to close ground on the top, with a stalemate away to Southampton.
In Section 2, Arsenal picked up a point against Wolverhampton Wanderers and are now five points off Deby who head the table. The Gunners do have three games in hand though. Aston Vill are on the same points as Arsenal in third but have played two games more.

The sixth-placed Tottenham Hotspur youngsters play on Thursday at 10 am taking on the fifth-placed Reading U-21 side at their place. Bottom-placed Norwich City U-21 take on third-placed Manchester City U-21 on Friday, also at 10 am.
