Unplayable

Nathan Oduwa is catching the eye in Scotland, he has a lot to learn, he isn't the finished article, but is getting rave reviews. It will be important to keep his feet on the ground and not get carried away with all the hype.

Mark Warburton has a very important job to do in that respect, as I wrote in a previous article it is an important responsibility having a loan player. If you manage him wrong at this stage he could think he has made it, stop improving or become big headed. The player that comes out of a loan move is more important than the player that goes into a loan move.

Managing a loanee is a big responsibility

The commentary is as good as the skill in this clip.

The 19-year-old (20 next March) is on a season-long loan with the Scottish Championship side and his performance in Rangers 5-0 win against Raith Rovers earned him a place in the Scottish Team of the Week.

Former Tottenham Hotspur centre-back and captain Gary Mabbutt believes Mark Warburton is the right man to groom youngster Nathan Oduwa for a big career. It has started well in Scotland, but it is early days yet and his success may mean more Scottish clubs come looking for young Premier League club talents. I am sure many will be keen to see how he develops and how he handles a long season.
