Dembele, Soldado, Llorente, Dier, Hernandez

Mousa Dembélé is not for sale which is no surprise given we have sold Paulinho, Étienne Capoue and Benjamin Stambouli, who has completed his move to PSG to boost their home grown ranks.
Roberto Soldado is liked by Mauricio Pochettino who wants to get rid of the troublesome Emmanuel Adebayor first. The Spaniard trains well and is popular with the squad, he just needs his head sorting out when in a game situation. Whether he leaves or not will depend upon when we can bring another striker in and that is not expected to be before the final two weeks of the window closing. The deals being worked on could go pear shaped of course so Soldado is not certain to leave this window.
It may be that we are hoping to sign Fernando Llorente but that he may be waiting to see if Real Madrid firm up any interest. If they do he may well return home to Spain and if not come to Spurs. That would be my reading of the current situation. We have Harry Kane but are looking to add to our options with one experienced striker and another youngster.
Kes Ferdinand believes Eric Dier is one of the three top centre-back prospects in the country along with John Stones (Everton) and Michael Keane (Burnley). The former manchester United and England defender believes all three will represent their country at senior level.
There are plenty of reports suggesting Mauricio Pochettino may be considering a move for Manchester United striker Javier Hernández, who has been linked with us many times before. The story comes from Italy and Sky Italia reporter Gianluca Di Marzio. Reading the article, there was nothing concrete just a heap of speculation we may be interested in the 27-year-old (28 in June) Mexican striker.
