Agent - Kane & Lloris will not be sold

The football world changes every week, half of what is sais is merely meaningless PR for the fans or the press, especially prior and after a game.

Reporters have to sell newspapers and, therefore, have to find sensational stories, or if they can't invent one. Each summer they try to create a saga that can run all summer and they can keep wheeling out to stir a market. they have little or no regard for the clubs or personnel involved. Just look at the treatment they have dished out to several England managers and then they promote names themselves without any idea of what it takes to actually coach or manage.

The saga this summer is Kane and Lloris. The Tottenham stance is clear and Harry Kane's stance is clear. Hugo Lloris may well fancy the idea of Old Trafford but seems too much of a professional to rock the boat. If he is to be handed the captaincy then the club will already have spoken to him and his future will be clear, you don't hand the captaincy to someone who is leaving.

Genoa goalkeeper Mattia Perin, a 22-year-old Italian, has is being tracked by Tottenham. His agent Mateo Roggi has told TMW that the Spurs pair are going nowhere.

"I have a brilliant relationship with Tottenham, especially Franco Baldini. But I can tell you that I have not received any bids for Mattia. Tottenham are aiming for the Champions League next year, so they have decided not to sell the two stars in the squad, regardless of price, it's about Harry Kane and Lloris."

Why should an agent in Italy know what is happening at Spurs, well because the agent world is one where they all talk to each other and generally know what is going on within the market. They wouldn't be doing their job for their client if they didn't have their finger on the pulse, whether it involves their client or not, they have to know the bigger picture and what the future may hold. Only then can they advise their client properly.
