Davies I've got to take my chance at Spurs

According to the BBC Ben Davies is ready to play for Wales despite a lack of games, according to me he has played six already.
The BBC tell us he has started 3 Europa League games for Spurs, as far as I'm aware AEL Limassol, AEL Limassol, Partizan Belgrade and Besiktas adds up to 4! In addition he has had a League Cup tie and 19 minutes in the Premier League plus an international for Wales so hardly a lack of football.
Davies spoke to them regarding the upcoming fixtures for Wales, both at home against Bosnia-Hercegovina on Friday, 10 October and Cyprus on Monday, 13 October.
The Wales left-back has also spoken to the South West Evening Post about life at Tottenham Hotspur after his summer move from Swansea.
You can't fault the lads attitude. The number of young players at the club now who are all saying the same thing is refreshing, no I need a run of games rubbish but when I get a chance I must take it. That is the attitude that will force you to improve all the time instead of staying in your comfort zone.
Not everyone can handle moving to a bigger club or a big city and for Davies there is a period of adjustment as he gets used to a new system, new players, new surrounding and a new life. He has had a dodgy performance which is no bad thing as it enables the management to see how he reacts to it.
He is aware he needs to up his game and that in the long run will benefit Wales who had to rely on Gareth Bale to rescue them against Andorra.

"I think I'm ready. I'm still playing 90 minutes a week and I'm happy with my performances.
"It's a better problem for the manager to have than just having one player competing for every place. Every camp we come into there's competition for places and that's the main thing.
"I've got to come into training this week and work as hard as I can and it's up to the manager on Friday to decide the team.
"We are all aware how big these two games are, even as early as they are in the group.
"We know as a squad what is set ahead of us and we've got to be up for the challenge."

“I am enjoying it. It’s a big step, but it’s the kind of opportunity that might not come again.
“It’s sometimes frustrating when you’re not playing the games you want to, but I’ve got a new manager, I’ve got to be patient and work hard.
“When my chance comes to play some games I’ve got to take that chance.”

“It’s a lot busier than Neath I can tell you that, but it’s good and I feel stronger as a player.”
