Player Performance

These are horrible games for strikers as you are left alone to fend for yourself with little support while the team rest and keep their defensive shape. No shots, 1 out of 5 headers won, would suggest he didn't do anything but his impact on the game was when he skinned Collins who simply took him out.

Quite why the West Ham centre-back was shaking his head when he was sent off is a mystery, it was one of the most baltent booking you ever wish to see and a clear red card. The one incident gave is a chance, a chance we started to take with the extra space which eventually led to the goal.

He didn't score but Ade still had a big impact on the game because we wouldn't have scored if they kept 11 men on the field.
