Barcelona want to offload Alex Song who has not come up to the standard they require under two managers but they appear to have priced him out of a move by demanding £19.95 million (€25m). A good player he is not worth that sort of money.

"We know that there will be a lot of pressure on us but all the players who are going to the World Cup understand the responsibility and understand the importance of playing a World Cup in Brazil.
