Pav would suit Roma

If the rumours about Roma wanting Pavlyuchenko are true, then good luck to him.

If he does go, we'll never know if he would have turned out okay for us. After all, he played continuously from mid February 2008 up until May 2009.



The few times I saw him at The Lane, he looked as though he was waiting for something to kick into place.



The lad has skill, but seems lazy, terribly lazy. Therefore, the laid back culture of Serie A may suit the Russian, although I can't see us getting anywhere near the £14 million we paid for him.



I'm up for him staying for another season. Would you like him to stay put or leave?

  1. I think he should go..... he is slow, can not anticipate a pass and most of all a terrible finisher....AND he cant talk english!! that was our problem last year we had not real strikers who can bang the ball in the net.....
  2. without doubt he should stay another year. in glipses he looked class. We are too quick to write players off and the last thing we need is wholesale changes again, it takes us till xmas to stop looking like a team of strangers. Besides can we get anyone better? No.
  3. I think he should stay!!! Get rid of some dead wood, and get a few players in, don't want mass changes, otherwise it will just be another transitional season!! He needs to be given a chance, along with the likes of Dos Santos, etc.
  4. to play in the PL you need either buckets of skill and or a decent brain. The goal he scored at old trafford was world class but that aside he did do anything else? The real problem with this guy is that he is totally THICK! He will NEVER EVER settle and realise his potential.
  5. GIVE THE LAD A CHANCE PUT YOUR SELVES GOING TO RUSSIA STRTS WORKING THERE. DO YOU THINK YOU FEEL THE SAME ,DIFFERENT CALTURE IS NOT EASY TO GET USE TO IT IN MONTHS,HE IS NOT LAZZY HE IS TIRED.AFTER ALL WITH ALL THE RESPECT ROUMERS ARE ALL ABOUT REJECT TILL NOW.SORRY IF I AM WRONG.
