Spurs 3-1 Wigan - F.A. Cup Result

Pavlyuchenko scored from the spot when Campbell was brought down in the area just after half time.

Luka Modric rounded up the game by nodding the ball over the line after O'Hara had struck the post with his effort.

Wigan's Olivier Kapo got a late consolation goal but it was too little, too late for the Latics especially after Pavlyuchenko lashed home his second goal from the edge of the area.

Tottenham: Gomes, Corluka, Woodgate, Dawson, Bale, Bentley, Modric, Zokora, O'Hara, Bent (injured and replaced by Campbell), Pavlyuchenko.

PS. Rumours doing the rounds in the East Stand Upper are that Jermain Defoe was spotted sitting in his Executive Box.

    The Travolta's are Spurs fans and so my heart goes out to them in this time.
  10. Peter Storrie and Redknapp and sorting out the transfer deal in relation to Defoe. Storrie was also at the Lane and is due to continue talks this evening.
  11. Defoe will be signing for us if Levy can agree to waive the 5 million still owed to us from the deals that took Defoe and Kaboul to Pompey.
