Mido will stay and fight for his place in the Tottenham starting line-up.

After joining from Roma in an 18-month loan deal, Mido has scored 3 goals in total for Spurs since his move in the January transfer window. He has suffered from injuries which has meant that Spurs fans haven't had a close look at the big-built Egyptian forward.

Martin Jol seems to also be happy with Mido's efforts as Mido himself said:
"I am sure I am going to stay with Spurs. The coach told me he does not want to let me to play elsewhere."

Most Spurs fans around the globe will be happy with this news. We all hope he has an injury free season so as to compete with the rest of the strikers, Defoe, Kanoute & Keane.
