I was watching DSF last night prior to HSV's UEFA Cup match they broadcast - I live in Spain but get some German channels at home... and they broadcast an interview with Van Der Vaart himself (he was held out of the match). I believe the interview was taken from Radio Nou (Valencia radio channel) and Van Der Vaart stated very clearly - he was speaking English in the interview - that he strongly wished to move to Valencia... so look elsewhere.<BR/><BR/>It was clear. There was absolutely no mention of Tottenham in the interview, or in the featurette which was discussing where Van Der Vaart could be headed. <BR/><BR/>File Under: CATEGORICALLY NO CHANCE OF BECOMING A SPUR. <BR/><BR/>P.S. Not a left winger. Attacking midfielder(central), creative. No weight issues IMO.
