The usual summer games have started, as ever Inter are offering players to us in part exchange. This time it's 25-year-old (26 nextJanuary) Portuguese midfielder João Mário as part of a deal to take Mousa Dembélé to the San Siro this summer.
The right-footed attacking midfielder is under contract until 2021 and spent time at West Ham United, where he scored 2 goals and created 1 in 13 Premier League appearances last season.
As previously reported Manchester United are not willing to pay the wages Toby Alderweireld is demanding, nor are Spurs and the two clubs are not discussing a transfer, they haven't been for weeks. This was a story the press simply ran with and printed assumptions, now they have to change their tune and suggest a change of heart. Regular readers know this one was on the rocks a while ago.
There is no interest in him at the moment, his fee is too high for many and his wage demands too great. If you believe the ITK, and it has been spot on over him so far, then Chelsea are the only other club to have shown an interest.
