The first ever PL game at Wembley awaits us

Big London Derby at Wembley today

Tottenham stage the first ever Premier League game at Wembley today against a Chelsea side who
have lost only two of the last 17 games against Tottenham in all competitions: eight wins, seven draws and two defeats.

On the other side of the coin, Mauricio Pochettino has not lost a home game against London opponents, nine wins, four draws, zero defeats and it was the first time since 1964/65 that Spurs had not lost a home game all season.

We set a Premier League record last season having won our last 14 home games, the all-time top league record is 21 set by Liverpool in 1972 at the height of their success.

Since scoring two against Chelsea on 1 January 2015, Harry Kane has scored 18 goals in 21 Premier League London derby's, although he has never scored a Premier League goal in August to counter balance that.

Naturally as we are playing Chelsea, we see reports of their interest in Danny Rose and also Toby Alderweireld. The same stories we saw before the FA Cup semi-final last season. This sort of story is so predictable by the press, is there a game played where one side is not apparently trying to buy the others player!

As we know Danny Rose is not for sale and isn't leaving Tottenham.
