Should Spurs bring Oliver Burke home?

Here is one to ponder upon. This pure speculation so don't think this is inside information, but a player we tried to buy last summer isn't in his new clubs match day squad and I just wonder if we are considering trying to bring him back to England.
Crystal Palace are certainly interested in bringing 20-year-old (21 in April) Oliver Burke back to the UK after he has apparently, according to German newspaper Bild, been told he is not wanted by RB Leipzig, who will be playing in the UEFA Champions League thus season after finishing second in the Bundesliga after promotion the season before.
The Germans signed the Scottish international (he has 5 full international caps) from Nottingham Forest on 29 August 2017. The winger played just 617 minutes of Bundesliga football scoring 1 goal and recording 2 assists. He started 5 times and made 20 substitute appearances.
We certainly will have kept following him and in today's market his value may even have dropped from the initial £13.68 million (€14.91m - AUS$22.12m - US$17.54m) he cost. Sunderland, Liverpool, Arsenal and West Ham United were all following him and we have been searching for a winger, although we don't know how much N'Koudou has improved.
