Gomes talks may mean Seri becomes available

TRANSFER TALK

French Ligue 1 side Nicè may allow 26-year-old (27 next July) central midfielder and reported Tottenham Hotspur target Jean Michaël Seri to leave the club after opening talks with 24-year-old (25 next July) Porto midfielder André Gomes.

Tuttosport in Italy report that Juventus have once again set their sights on Gomes and Seri certainly won't be allowed to leave Nicè until the club have secured a replacement. If he is one of our targets we would have to wait for that to happen before any transfer. The same would possibly apply to any other target.

What a load of baloney, the guy has had a series of injuries and Real Madrid have sacked their medical staff as a result. Bale, as we know, has a childhood dream to play for Real Madrid.

He will want to stay there for the remainder of his career if he can and take over Ronaldo's mantle when he retires. Madrid want him to challenge for the Ballon d'Or, it's a prerequisite for the club to have a contender.
